Asela F. Groba, was born December 6, 1938, and passed away January 17, 2024. Asela was born in moron, cuba to Francisco Sota (deceased) and Angela Guzman (deceased). beloved wife of Miguel A. Groba (Deceased); devoted mother to Maura G. Pasquale and Irene Groba. Grandmother to Vanessa N. Ortiz, Anthony M. Mendez, And Andreian M. Mendez. Great-Grandmother to Stella L. Mendez. Sister to Ricardo Sota and Jorge Sota. Asela affectionately known as Nena, exemplified pure selflessness and love in every way. She was a loyal and dedicated wife and the best mom anyone could have asked for, always putting her two daughters before herself and making sure they knew just how much they meant to her. But it was in her role as a grandmother that she truly found her calling. She cherished evey moment spent with her three grandkids, showering them with endless affection and creating countless memories that will be forever cherished. As Time went on, she was blessed with her great-grandaughter, an experience that brought even more happiness to her life. Though she may no longer be with us physically, her legacy of love, kindness and selflessness will continue to inspire all. May she rest in peace!
