Luis Mauricio Gonzalez Born 22 Sep 1931 Havana, Cuba Died 08 Aug 2020 Coral Gables, Florida Our father Luis was born in Cuba to Luis Gonzalez and Justina Gonzalez Marrero. Luis worked in the Cuban Electric company before coming to the United States in 1962. He brought his family to New York City and later to Miami, FL in 1972. In Miami Luis worked for Southern Bell/BellSouth until his retirement. He was preceded in death by grandson Osmany Castellanos, and wife Enedina Gonzalez Sosa. He is survived by his loving family of three children and their spouses; Luis (Grisel), Andrew (Terry), and Isabel (Amado); grandchildren Evelyn, Mauro, Laura, Andrew, Daniel, Michael, Alex, and great-grandchildren Bradley, and Luis Manuel. Luis will be buried Tuesday Aug 18, 2020 in Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery in Doral, FL.
