Obituary for Benarges Bozarjomehri Benarges Bozarjomehri, age 80, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2026. She was born in Izeh, Iran, and spent the majority of her life in Tehran, where she built a beautiful life centered around family, tradition, and love. Benarges proudly carried her heritage with her and shared it generously with everyone around her. She was the beloved wife of Ezatollah Momenpour and a devoted mother to her eight children: Farideh, Farzaneh, Fariba, Elham, Leila, Reza, Maryam, and Homa. She was a cherished grandmother to Nick, Neda, Negin, Nour, Shirin, Mahsa, Bahar, Keeana, Shahin, Borna, and Jana, and a loving great-grandmother to Liam and Luna. To her grandchildren, she was lovingly known as “Mamanini.” She was also a caring sister, aunt, and dear friend to many. Benarges dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker, creating a warm and welcoming home filled with laughter, comfort, and unforgettable home-cooked meals. Family gatherings were her greatest joy. She loved playing hokm and backgammon and had remarkable creativity and mechanical ability — always finding ways to fix, build, or improve things with her own hands. She will be remembered for her kindness, calm presence in any situation, her sense of humor, and her non-judgmental heart. People were drawn to her because she made everyone feel safe, accepted, and loved. She was deeply proud of her heritage and passed those values down through generations. Benarges leaves behind a legacy of strength, warmth, tradition, and unconditional love. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
